Project Description: GSJP took on this 29 unit residential park home estate in Christchurch, having been awarded by our client Regency Living, to cover all aspects of groundworks and finishings, including all infill requirements. From drainage to brickwork and even completion of turfing, has given our client a quality product to sell to the over 45’s, In a beautiful part of the south coast.
Planning & Execution: Planning this project did prove tricky from the get go, with limited access to site. With the volume of materials required to complete the works, the team collectively produced a TM plan to suit all neighbouring homes and the local school.
Many meetings had been held with the Residence Association and local authorities, to ensure this worked for everyone.
Safe to say, this element of works went extremely well.
Health & Safety: GSJP pride themselves on there Health and Safety, which has shown within this project. With the volume of site traffic along with narrow roads and School traffic.
Our team have maintained a high standard throughout the project, receiving high scores within every safety audit.
Quality: The final product produced by GSJP has left us with a very happy client. The attention to detail from our site team is second to none. Covering all elements of finishings has ensured each element is installed in sequence, to ensure a better finished product
