Founded in 2018 under the leadership of Director George Parker, our company has quickly emerged as a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Though relatively young, we have flourished and evolved into a modern and promising enterprise. Initially, we started as a small business with George and a dedicated team of groundworkers. Today, we proudly stand as a well-established Civil Engineering company.

At GSJP, we are committed to surpassing expectations and delivering exceptional results. Our primary focus is on providing high-quality work that is completed on time and within budget. While our craftsmanship and attention to detail set us apart, our unwavering commitment to Health and Safety remains at the forefront of all our operations. Our operators are equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to hold CSCS cards to work on any of our sites. Furthermore, our skilled operators possess CPCS qualifications and are either holding or working towards an NVQ in Plant Operations, enabling us to efficiently operate our own plant and machinery.

Based in Dorset, we proudly serve the regions of Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset, and the surrounding areas. Our ever-expanding team consists of dedicated professionals, ranging from site supervisors and machine operators to general operatives and office staff. They all share our “can-do” approach and are strong advocates of our work ethos.
