Project: Traditional foundations, Attenuation storm drainage, Foul pumping station, Stepoc RTW’s and all associated groundworks and finishings.
Project Description: GSJP took the role of PC in December to commence groundworks to phase 1. Phase 2 groundworks had commenced earlier than expected prior to PC handover to our Client AJC Group, giving us a head start and able to coordinate works more efficiently with the site manager and construction management. Both parties have worked hand in hand, to ensure the site runs smoothly and successfully in all areas.
Construction: Traditional foundations, Attenuation storm drainage, Foul pumping station, Stepoc RTW’s and all associated groundworks and finishings.
Planning: Front end works split into 3 phases, with a return visit to commence on phase 1 finishings mid-October 2026.
Health & Safety: Here at GSJP the Health & Safety of our teams on site is the number one priority within our build process. Our management team prepares each item of the works to ensure safety of the team comes first. All relevant certifications and permits are in place prior to work starting on, Working at Height, Deep Excavations, Manual Handling and Plant Movements.
