Project: 20 Residential park homes
Project Description: GSJP took on this 20 unit residential park home estate in Bordon, having been awarded by our client Regency Living, to increase the size of there existing Park Home estate. All elements of groundworks have been covered within this project including, Demolition, Utilities, Drainage, Concrete bases and finishings. Giving our operatives the opportunity to utilise there entire skill set.
Planning & Execution: Similarly to Christchurch, a lot of planning was required with this project, due to the large volume of residents living within the estate currently, surrounding the works area. Heavy Plant and equipment was required here with strict TM plans in place, to ensure the residents safety. Many design changes have been made throughout the project to meet the neighbouring homes needs and to ensure a perfect product as an end result.
Health & Safety: GSJP pride themselves on there Health and Safety, which has shown within this project. With hundreds of residents currently living in around the estate, our operatives have had to be very safety conscious and ensure we cater for all those living within the vicinity.
Our team have maintained a high standard throughout the project, receiving high scores within every safety audit.
Quality: The final product produced by GSJP has left us with a very happy client, Which will continue to be seen as the project progresses into the final stages. With another Phase of works on the horizon, GSJP are within touching distance of continuation within this project, due to quality of work and professionalism.
