Swanage Hospital
GSJP started this project in November 2019 and complete in April 2020. These comprised of internal alterations, refurbishment, and extension of the Undercroft, laundry and stores, and gas meter and stores building, together with the construction of a new 21 space car park with associated drainage and external services.

Shore Road
GSJP started this project in December 2019 and complete in February 2020. These works comprised of drainage works, foundations and kerbing. This job was for Dorset County council modernising the promenade down at Sandbanks. Project was completed to time and budget.

Woodroffe School
GSJP are currently carrying this project for Stepnell. The works consist of drainage works, earthworks and 1000m3+ muck shift, extensive reinforced concretes work including waterproof concrete, retaining wall, and capping beam. This project is currently running to schedule.

GSJP started this project in March 2021 and completed in May 2021. The works comprised of drainage including pumping station for foul and stormwater, sewer connection for the new development, foundations, patios, and block paving for the external works package. This project ran to schedule and in budget.
