Strip, Raft or Piled depending on ground conditions and design we carry out all types of foundations. We pride ourselves on ensuring we work to millimeter precision ensuring line and level is perfect allowing the build upwards a head start. When it comes to piled foundations, we have worked with CFA, Vibration and driven piles, our internal steel fixers and shuttering carpenters then install required reinforcement and shuttering, relevant membranes, cell core or clay master and then carry out the concrete pour ensuring mix design is compliant and when required we can produce cube samples to verify concrete strength. We frequently us concrete boom pumps and line pumps to assist with pours with limited access to ensure a smooth process start to finish.   

Deep excavations are a big player when it comes to installing drainage, attenuation tanks / soakaways or the likes of basements. Depending on ground conditions we can provide de-watering requirements to deal with ground and surface water that may enter the excavation. When it comes to earthworks support, we ensure the health and safety of our operatives, any other site operatives and the public are always considered. Methods we have previously worked with incl stepped or battered excavations, sheets and frames, manhole and trench boxes. We have also worked with permanent earthwork support products such as plastic piling, king post retaining walls and continuous piling CFA and sheet piling. When carrying out the excavation we focus on the method to ensure we do not just deliver the required excavation but the arising are being considered and if required disposed of straight away. Its also important we ensure how the completion of the excavation is considered with the excavator abilities and reach. Historically we have worked with long reach excavators and the lifting of excavators to complete the desired trimming of the excavation.
