George founded GSJP in 2018, growing the company from a small team into a respected civil engineering business. Raised on a farm surrounded by machinery, he developed a passion for construction early on and gained leadership experience chairing Blandford Young Farmers.
With a background as a Quantity Surveyor, George combines commercial expertise with hands-on knowledge. He remains actively involved in every aspect of GSJP, from strategic planning to supporting his team on the ground, ensuring the highest standards on every project. His approachable leadership style fosters a positive and supportive company culture where everyone feels valued.
George is committed to mentoring apprentices and young workers, believing that investing in people drives long-term success. Under his leadership, GSJP proudly supports local community initiatives and sponsors Wimborne Rugby Club, where several players also work for the company.
Outside work, George enjoys shooting and golf, appreciating both the skill and social side of these sports. He is a passionate rugby fan, actively supporting the local sporting community. George loves spending time and travelling with his family. These interests help him stay balanced and energized.
