Senior Estimator
As Senior Estimator at GSJP, Neil is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for prospective projects. His role includes reviewing drawings and specifications, completing quantity take-offs, obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations, preparing tender documents, and identifying opportunities for cost savings through value engineering.
Neil brings more than 25 years of experience in groundworks and reinforced concrete construction, having delivered a wide range of residential and commercial developments for established contractors across Central London. This extensive practical knowledge gives him a strong understanding of complex projects and the costs, resources, and construction methods involved.
Outside of work, Neil is a keen sports fan and particularly enjoys football, rugby, and snooker.
