Project Manager
As a Project Manager at GSJP, Scott oversees the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Scott works closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to coordinate activities and achieve successful project outcomes.
Scott has extensive experience within the construction industry, managing a variety of projects across different sectors. Scott’s background includes site management, programme coordination providing him with a strong understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of construction delivery.
What Scott enjoys most about working at GSJP is the collaborative approach and the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. “Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.” Scott believes strong leadership comes from leading by example, maintaining clear communication, and working alongside the team to overcome challenges.
This resonates with Scott as successful projects are built on trust, support, and empowering teams to achieve their best.
Scott says Every project presents new challenges, and it’s rewarding to see schemes progress from the early stages through to successful completion.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends and his beloved dogs, Playing golf, and following a variety of sports like Formula 1 and Motocross.
