Contract Manager
Steve joins GSJP Civil Engineering bringing a wealth of commercial and operational experience across the civil engineering and groundworks sectors. As our Contract Manager, he is responsible for protecting the commercial health of our major infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments across the South. Steve oversees project agreements from initial risk assessment and drafting right through to final commercial close-out.
With an extensive background navigating complex civil contracts, Steve collaborates daily with our directors, site supervisors, and quantity surveyors. He ensures that our site delivery mirrors our strict contractual obligations, keeping projects safely on track, within budget, and fully compliant with the latest UK construction standards.
