GSJP started this project in April 2021 and set to complete in October 2021. This project has comprised of site strip, earthworks for foundations for 4 houses, installation if drainage and services, sewer connection, block paving and patios for each plot as well as a tarmac area for the entrance into the site. This project is currently running to schedule and on budget.
